I cannot sign in to LiveRec

If you cannot sign in, use the same method you signed up with: Continue with Google, or your email and password. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we email you a verification code. Repeated attempts in a short time may be refused, so stop and try again later.

Steps

  1. On the sign-in page, try Continue with Google if you first signed up with Google.
  2. Otherwise check the email and password you typed.
  3. If you forgot the password, choose Forgot password and follow Change or reset your LiveRec password.
  4. If it still fails, open a ticket from Help & support with the email you use.

Good to know

  • If none works, create a support ticket with the email you use. We never ask for your password.
