Why are LiveRec emails not arriving?
If LiveRec emails are not arriving, check spam and mark LiveRec as not spam, then confirm the right address is on your account and the notification is on. Company mail systems may hold new senders. If mail to your address bounced permanently, LiveRec stops sending to it; a spam complaint stops only the kind of email that earned it.
Steps
- Check spam or junk.
- Open Account settings, Notifications tab, and confirm the type is switched on.
- Ask your IT team to allow LiveRec.
Good to know
- If an address was suppressed after bounces or complaints, there is no way to lift the suppression yet. To use a different address, ask our team (change your email address).
A short checklist
- Search spam or junk for "LiveRec" and mark the message as not spam.
- Open Account settings, then the Notifications tab, and confirm the type of email you expect is switched on.
- Check the email address on your account for typing mistakes.
- If you use a work address, ask your IT team to allow LiveRec, since company mail systems may hold new senders.
- Wait a few minutes and try again, then ask for a new code if it was a verification email.
Emails you cannot switch off
Some emails are always sent: account security, account verification, password reset, billing receipts and invoices, and background-check requests that need your action. If you are waiting for one of these, the cause is delivery, not a setting.
Common questions
Mail to my address bounced once. Is it blocked for good? A permanent bounce stops LiveRec sending to that address. A spam complaint stops only the kind of email that earned it.
Can I lift a block myself? Not yet. Ask our team through Help & support, or use a different address. See change your email address.
