How do I refer employers and Live Recruiters as an affiliate?
As an affiliate you refer employers with your homepage link, which works for candidates, employers and Live Recruiters alike. To point people at the right page, set Send people to on Links to Employer page or Recruiter page before you copy. You earn 15% of an employer's or Live Recruiter's first payment, capped at $500 per sale.
Steps
- Open Links and make a homepage link with New link if you have none. See Make your first link.
- Above the table, choose Send people to: Main page, Candidate page, Employer page or Recruiter page. Copy buttons on homepage links follow this choice.
- In Asset library, filter Who it is for by Employers or Live recruiters to find posts written for them. See the asset library.
- Share the link. Credit goes to the first link the person clicked, within 90 days.
- Track results on Earnings, on the Employer or Live recruiter tab. See Read your earnings.
Edge cases
- Job links and affiliate-program (recruit) links keep their own page; the Send people to choice does not apply to them.
- Commission is on the first payment only, after a hold. See How commissions work.
- If the Live recruiter tab says those commissions are not open for your account, they are not counted or paid at the moment.
- Never promise an outcome. Read what you may and may not do.
