How do I use the affiliate asset library and brand kit?

Open Asset library in the affiliate portal. It holds finished pictures and posts made by LiveRec. They are free to use, and your link is added when you copy. The same page has a Brand kit tab with the logo, colors and wording rules, and a Program rules tab.

Steps

  1. Open Asset library. The Assets tab lists what is available. Filter by Who it is for (Job seekers, Employers or Live recruiters) and Where to post (Site banner, Email, Social post, Short video or Words only). Turn on Ready for ads to see only assets cleared for paid use.
  2. Select an asset. The detail pane shows the picture, a caption and your link. If the asset comes in several sizes, pick one (for example Tall, Square or Wide) and the picture and download follow it. Some assets have more than one wording; step through them to pick one.
  3. Press Copy post and link to copy the caption with your tracked link, Copy link only for just the link, or Download picture.
  4. Open Why we suggest it to see the reason behind an asset, marked as backed by a source, a test, or required by a rule.
  5. Paste the post where you share. Your link is added when you copy.

Brand kit

The Brand kit tab has the logo files (full-color and white wordmark, and the arrow logomark, each as SVG, plus a ZIP logo pack), the main and supporting colors, typefaces, voice and tone, what to say and what to avoid, and a disclosure reminder with a Copy disclosure line button. Use the logo exactly as provided: do not stretch, recolor, crop, rotate or add effects, and do not combine it with your own mark.

Edge cases

  • Pill meanings: Ready for ads means the asset may be used in paid ads you have had approved. Organic posts only means it is fine for ordinary posts, not ads. Read what you may and may not do before running any paid ad.
  • If you see "Your link is not ready until your account is set up", open Links to see what is left. If an asset says it was updated, use the new version.
  • If the library does not load, it shows the last list it has. Use Try again.
  • LiveRec has paused the creative-making tools for now. The asset library takes the place of the Creatives section, so use the finished assets here.
