Paying from India
- Is LiveRec available to job seekers in India? Yes. Browsing, a profile and a resume upload are free; applying needs a paid plan. More
- Will I be charged in rupees or dollars? Plan prices are set in US dollars. Paying from India? You'll see the price in rupees (INR) at checkout and can pay by UPI, UPI AutoPay or an Indian card. The rupee amount includes a 2–4% currency conversion fee. More
- Where do I see the price? On the plan screen under Subscriptions & billing after you sign in. We do not publish prices on public pages. More
- Is GST included? The Order summary lists tax before you pay, labelled GST for rupee payments. Check it before you confirm. This is general information, not tax advice. More
- Is there a limit on automatic recurring payments? Your bank may set one. Ask your bank. More
- My UPI or card payment was declined. Why? Common causes are an expired card, low balance, a wrong code or your bank declining. Check the reason shown, approve the request in your bank app, or try another method. More
- Where is my receipt? Subscriptions & billing lists your invoices under Billing history; open one and choose Download PDF. More
- Can I get a refund? Purchases are not refundable, except a duplicate purchase, which our team reviews. More
Identity and safety
- How are Indian IDs verified? Choose India as the country of the ID in Account settings, Verification tab. A LiveRec specialist checks it on a short video call. LiveRec keeps only the result, never a copy of your ID. More
- How do I spot a fake job offer? Real employers do not ask you to pay a fee to get a job. Check the company and email domain, and do not share ID or bank details early. More
- How do I report a fake job on LiveRec? Choose Report job on the posting; a person reviews every report. More
- Where do I report fraud in India? If you lost money, call 1930 and file at cybercrime.gov.in. For a suspected fraud call or message that has not cost you money, use Chakshu on the Sanchar Saathi portal. More

- Do interviews work on a phone or slow connection? Interviews run in the browser inside LiveRec. Use a stable connection, and see the guide for slow pages and data saver. More
