How do I post a job for a client?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Open Jobs, choose Post a job, then pick the client the role is for (or open Clients and choose Post a job on a client). Publishing needs an active subscription for your agency; Subscriptions & billing shows your current plan. LiveRec does not charge a per-post fee to recruiters.

Steps

  1. Jobs, then Post a job.
  2. Pick the client. The Create a job post page says Posting for the client (Change client switches it) and offers three starts: Use a template or a previous job, Describe it with AI and Create a new job from scratch. To save a template, choose Save as template on a job.
  3. Publish. If you see "Choose a plan to publish jobs," your agency has no active plan. Go to Subscriptions & billing.
  4. To bring an older job back to the top, open it and choose Repost job.
  5. To show a job on the public job board, open it and choose Post to job board.

Edge cases

  • Billing still shows a "Per-post fee" card. For agencies it reads "No fee per post right now" and "Posting is free."
  • Boost: on a job that is on the job board, the Priority placement card shows how many free boosts are left. Choose Enable now to put the job at the top of candidates' job lists.
