How do I boost a client job, put it on the job board or repost it?
Open the job from Jobs. On a job your agency created, the page has Post to job board, Repost job, a share icon and a Priority placement card with your free boosts. A published job appears on the public job board with your client's name.
How do I post a job to the job board?
- Open the job and choose Post to job board.
- Read the confirmation: candidates will see the job on the public LiveRec job board with your client's name. Choose Post job.
- The job shows On job board. To remove it, choose Take off job board. Candidates can then no longer find it.
If details are missing, the page lists them and sends you to Continue editing. Only a draft or an open job can go on the board, and a job the employer created can only be put there by the employer. If you reach your plan's limit of active listings, a decision sheet opens.
How do I repost a job?
Choose Repost job. The dialog says the job goes back to the top of search results today, keeps all applicants and history, and can be reposted again after 5 days. If you try too early, it shows when the next repost is allowed.
How do I share a job link?
When the job is open, the share icon (Share job) offers Copy link, Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Threads.
How do free boosts work?
The Priority placement card shows "N of 5 free boosts left · 7 days each". Choose Enable now and confirm: the job goes to the top of candidates' job lists for 7 days and uses 1 of your 5 free boosts. The card then shows when it is boosted until.
Enable now is off when:
- the job is not on the job board yet. Post it first;
- the job is already boosted;
- you have used all 5 free boosts. The card points you to a paid boost below it.
