What do recruiter analytics and reports show?

In the recruiter portal, Analytics gives a dashboard of live jobs, the applicant funnel (Applied, Interviewed, Offered, Hired) and sourcing activity (Viewed, Invited, Saved, Hired) with an All clients filter. There is no separate Reports page: the old Reports address opens Analytics.

Use Export on Analytics (PDF report, Excel workbook or CSV), Export CSV on the Clients list or a job's analytics panel, or Schedule report to have reports sent on a schedule.

Steps

  1. Analytics: choose a client or All clients.
  2. Choose Export, pick PDF report, Excel workbook or CSV. Schedule report sets up a recurring one (it needs the Export analytics permission).
  3. Open a job and use its analytics panel for that role.
