How do recruiter AI insights work on Analytics?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Recruiter AI insights appear as the AI summary card on the Analytics page. It writes a plain-English read of your agency's numbers: how long roles take to fill, where candidates drop out of your pipeline and how each client is going, with next steps. Press Write my summary and it appears on the card. It is included in your plan.

Steps

  1. In the recruiter portal, open Analytics.
  2. Scroll to the AI summary card, below the charts.
  3. Choose Write my summary. The card shows its progress while it reads your numbers, compares your clients and writes.
  4. Read the headline, Time to fill, Pipeline, How each client is going and What to do next.
  5. Choose Refresh summary to write a new one.

What it uses

  • Totals only: counts of applications and stages, average days to hire, hires by month and, for each client, live jobs, new applicants, interviews, offers and hires.
  • Your own client display names, so the text can say the client's name.
  • It does not send individual candidates to the model.

The summary is labeled AI-generated. Check the figures against the charts above it.

Limits and messages

  • Daily allowance. Each summary you write counts against a daily allowance shown on the card ("summaries left today"). When it is used up, the card says a fresh one is ready tomorrow.
  • Not enough data. If your agency has fewer than 5 applications, the card says a summary will appear once you have received a few more.
  • Not ready. If a summary could not be written, you are told, nothing is used from your allowance, and you can try again.
  • Switched off. If the feature is off for your agency, the card says a summary is on its way to your agency and your charts stay up to date.

Good to know

  • You need access to Analytics (the analytics view permission).
  • The card appears only for agency seats.
  • A failed or empty summary is never counted against your allowance.
