How do I manage recruiter billing, or fix a failed payment?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Open Subscriptions & billing from your recruiter profile menu. Billing has tabs for Subscription plan, Add-ons, Sourcing credits, Payment methods, Billing history and Outstanding balance. You can Change plan or Cancel subscription (a request) there. If a payment fails, your live jobs stay up; new jobs go live once payment succeeds.

Steps

  1. Profile menu, then Subscriptions & billing.
  2. Subscription plan shows your plan and period. Choose Change plan to move to another plan, or Cancel subscription to send a cancellation request through a support form (reason, details); our team follows up and nothing changes until they confirm.
  3. Payment methods holds the cards on file for your agency. Choose Add a card to add one.
  4. Billing history lists charges and invoices; each invoice opens in full. Statuses are Paid, Unpaid, Failed and Void. Outstanding balance shows what is owed.
  5. Sourcing credits: in Sourcing credits by client, choose Buy credits on the client's row. Each client has its own balance.

Edge cases

  • Failed payment: the portal says "Your last payment failed. Your live jobs stay up; new jobs can go live once the payment goes through." Agencies use the same failed-payment retry sequence as employers (retries at +3, +7 and +14 days).
  • Lapsed plan: publishing needs an active subscription. Live jobs stay up while new jobs wait for payment.
  • Purchases are not refundable, as shown at checkout. The only exception is a duplicate purchase, which our team reviews and refunds.
  • Your agency pays. A team member can only see or change billing if their role allows it; otherwise the screen says to ask the agency owner or an admin.
