How secure is my company and job data?
Access rules that keep your company data secure are enforced in the database itself, so unpublished jobs, applications and your pipeline are visible to your team, not other companies. You choose who joins and their role. We keep company details, jobs and billing records; card numbers stay with our payment partner.
Steps
- Open Teams & permissions in the account menu and review each person's role.
- Under Account settings, Security, make sure two-step verification is on (it is required).
- Open Activity log to see what your team changed.
Good to know
- The Activity log (Account menu) lists every change your team makes to jobs, candidates, interviews, offers and the team itself. Who can open it depends on your role.
- Live recruiters are approved before they can work here.
