Which Live recruiter agencies have access to my company?

A Live recruiter agency with access works inside LiveRec on your company's behalf using its own account, without sharing a login. The chips on the Company profile card show exactly what it may do. Only the company owner can end the access, and it stops immediately.

Steps

  1. Open Company profile from the Account menu and find the card titled for the agency with access.
  2. Read the chips: Edit profile, Jobs, Applications, Immigration, Background checks, Candidates, Notes, Activity, Billing, Payroll and E-signature.
  3. To end access, choose Manage access, then Revoke access, then confirm Revoke access (owner only).

Good to know

  • Jobs and cases already in progress stay as they are, and you can grant access again later.
  • This differs from the Live recruiters menu page, which lists individual recruiters invited to specific jobs.
  • Live recruiters are paid outside LiveRec on terms you agree with them. LiveRec does not take payment between you.
