How do I review agency submissions?
To review agency submissions, open the Submissions tab of Live recruiters. A candidate a Live Recruiter agency puts forward for one of your jobs appears there. Each card asks for one decision. Accept adds the candidate to that job's pipeline as a new candidate. Reject needs a reason, which the agency sees.
Steps
- Open Live recruiters and choose the Submissions tab. A number on the tab counts submissions waiting for you. Older links to agency submissions land here too.
- The list opens on Waiting for you. Use the buttons to switch to Accepted, Rejected or All. To see one job only, open the tab from that job's link and use Show every job to clear it.
- Read each card: the candidate's name, headline and location, the job, the agency that sent them and when, the expected pay, the agency's note and the CV, which you can download. A card may say No CV attached.
- Choose Accept into pipeline to add the candidate to the job's pipeline, or Reject.
- For Reject, write why you are rejecting and choose Reject candidate. The reason is required and the agency sees it. Choose Keep reviewing to go back.
What the statuses mean
- New, waiting for you and Waiting for you: no decision yet. Opening a card marks it as looked at.
- Accepted: the candidate is in the job's pipeline. The card links to the candidate, and the candidate is tagged as submitted by the agency.
- Rejected: you declined; the card shows your reason.
- Withdrawn by the agency: the agency took the candidate back before you decided. Nothing to do.
Good to know
- A submission already decided cannot be decided again. If two people review at once, the second sees "This submission was already decided."
- Accepted offers on agency jobs become the agency's placement.
