What data does LiveRec keep about me?

The data LiveRec keeps is what you give us to run your account: profile, resumes, applications, messages and settings, plus billing records. Your payment partner holds your card; we keep only a token, the card brand and the last four digits. Interview recordings are kept for at most 90 days, then deleted.

Steps

  1. To see or correct profile data, open Account settings.
  2. To get a copy or an erasure, open Help & support and create a support ticket.

Good to know

  • Employers see your application only if you applied to their job; they do not see your other applications.
  • Verification: we keep the result and date, not your ID images or selfie.
