Who can see my profile?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

An employer sees your profile when you apply to their job. Employers using Live sourcing can also find profiles, with a limited view: your name stays hidden until you apply or the employer unlocks you, and visa type, status and work authorization are not shown there. Employers never see your email or phone number; they reach you through LiveRec Messages.

An employer sees only applications to its own jobs, not where else you applied.

Steps

  1. Open Account settings to review or change profile details.
  2. Open your public profile from Account settings to see it as employers see it. It shows only the fields you chose to share.

Good to know

  • There is no setting to hide your profile from a specific employer, including your current one, and no share link for your profile. Neither exists yet.
