How do I preview my public profile?
The View public profile link in Account settings opens a preview of your profile. Use it to check that your headline, summary and experience read the way you want before you apply to jobs. To change anything, edit your profile in Account settings.
Steps
- Open Account settings.
- Choose View public profile beside the page title.
- Review the page. It shows your name, headline and location, your employment status and notice period, and sections for About, Skills, Experience, Education, Certificates and Résumé, each only when you have filled it in.
- To change something, choose Exit public profile to go back to Account settings and edit it there.
Good to know
- If you have not completed your profile, the page says you haven't created a public profile yet and offers Complete your profile.
- A verification badge appears next to your name only after LiveRec has verified your profile.
- The preview is for checking your profile. It has no share link to send to other people.
