How do I cancel my subscription?

On Subscriptions & billing choose Cancel subscription, then Request cancellation. Cancelling is a request: our team confirms by email, nothing changes until then, and you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are a separate request. Read the confirmation email for the date your plan ends.

Steps

  1. Open the account menu, then Subscriptions & billing.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription.
  3. Optionally pick a reason under Why are you leaving? (optional).
  4. Choose Request cancellation, or Keep my plan to stay.
  5. Watch for our confirmation email; the page shows Cancellation requested.

Good to know

  • Access continues until the end date shown.
  • A cancelled plan does not renew.
  • There is no pause option. If you want a break, cancel and subscribe again when you are ready; your profile and resumes are kept.
