Who at your company can see candidate information
Who can see candidate information depends on a teammate's role and your settings in Teams & permissions, then Permissions. By default Admins see applicants on every job, while Hiring managers and Recruiters see applicants only for jobs they are assigned to, and only some roles can open submitted verification documents. Private notes can be read only by your company.
A deactivated member loses access to the company.
Steps
- Open Teams & permissions, then Permissions.
- In the Candidates and applications permissions, review who can view applicants, download résumés and attachments, add private notes and view submitted verification documents.
- Save changes.
Good to know
- Private notes can be read only by your company (permission: Add private notes).
- A live recruiter agency with access sees only what its access chips allow. They are listed on the Company profile page under Live recruiter agency with access, and the owner can end access with Revoke access.
