Find candidates with Live sourcing
Live sourcing matches candidates to one of your live jobs. Choose the job, optionally add a city or state, then choose Find candidate. Each card shows a match score. Unlocking a profile uses one credit and lets you review the full profile and resume and send a job invitation.
Steps
- Open Live sourcing in the left menu. The credits you have left are shown at the top, with a Credit history link.
- Under "Select a job", choose a live job. A draft, paused or closed job cannot be sourced for.
- Optionally type a City or state, then choose Find candidate. Use the Most matched or Newest profiles sort.
- On a candidate card, choose Unlock profile, read Unlock candidate access, then choose Use 1 credit. With no credits left the button reads Top Up Credits.
- Once unlocked, the row shows View profile, Unlocked and Invite to apply.
- The Invited tab lists the invitations you have sent for this job.
Good to know
- Unlocking and inviting need the sourcing unlock and invite permissions; ask your account owner if a button is locked.
- Sourced profiles never show an email address or phone number, and contact details typed into profile text are removed before you see them.
- An invitation you send stays open for 30 days.
