Invite a sourced candidate to apply

After you unlock a profile in Live sourcing, choose Invite to apply, pick the job and add an optional short note. The candidate gets a notification in LiveRec and an email with a link to apply. Their reply shows in your Invited list, and the profile shows an Invited tag.

Steps

  1. Unlock the profile. The row then shows View profile and Unlocked.
  2. Choose Invite to apply.
  3. Under Job, choose one of your jobs (jobs you already invited this person to are not listed).
  4. Edit Your note if you like, or choose Use the suggested note.
  5. Choose Send invite. You see "Invite sent", with a link to View invited candidates.

Good to know

  • Candidates decide whether to respond.
  • Your plan includes a monthly number of invites. Check your plan under Subscriptions & billing after you sign in.
  • Inviting needs the sourcing invite permission; if the button is unavailable, ask your account owner.
