Live sourcing credits: cost, balance and rollover

A Live Sourcing Credit unlocks one candidate in Live sourcing and includes an invitation to apply. The current price is shown when you buy, in Billing, Add-ons. Credits your plan adds reset each billing period; credits you buy never expire. Each credit row shows a usage ring and a "Running low" note when 10 or fewer are left.

Steps

  1. Open Subscriptions & billing from the Account menu, then the Add-ons tab, and find Live Sourcing Credits.
  2. Read the ring and the line beside it: credits available and when plan credits reset.
  3. Choose History to see every grant, purchase and spend with the balance after it.
  4. To buy more, choose Buy credits and pay with your card on file. Only owners and billing admins can buy.

Good to know

  • Unlocking the same candidate again costs nothing: an unlocked profile stays unlocked.
  • Plan credits are used before bought credits.
  • Standard grants 15 credits a month and Professional 30; annual plans grant 12 times that up front.
  • One Buy credits purchase is up to 500 credits.
