Where do I find worker payslips?

US federal rules as of 30 Oct 2026.

Each paid pay run produces a payslip per worker. In Payroll, open the worker and find the Payslips table, then choose Download PDF from its row menu. The Payslips tab under Invoices & documents lists every payslip. Workers see their own payslips in their portal.

Steps

1. Open Payroll, then Workers, and open the worker.
2. In the Payslips table open the row menu and choose Download PDF.
3. For all payslips at once, open Payroll > Invoices & documents and choose the Payslips tab.

Good to know

• No payslips appear until the first pay run is paid.
• On the Payslips tab, Generate pay stubs makes one PDF for a worker over a date range, for example as proof of income.
