How do I see job performance and analytics for my hiring?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Analytics in the menu compares your jobs, shows your hiring pipeline and sourcing funnel, and lets you set the period at the top. Under Performance metrics comparison, choose a job's name to open its own figures: impressions, page views, apply clicks, applications, hires and more. Choose Export to download a PDF report, an Excel workbook or a CSV.

Numbers are zero until your jobs have traffic.

Steps

  1. Open Analytics from the left menu and pick the period (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months or Year to date).
  2. Under Performance metrics comparison, choose a job name to open that job's analytics.
  3. To download, choose Export, pick PDF report, Excel workbook or CSV and the period, then choose Download.
  4. To get a report by email on a schedule, choose Schedule report.

Good to know

  • Owners, admins and hiring managers can view analytics by default; exporting and scheduling need the Export analytics permission.
  • Hover the info tips for the definition of each metric.
  • Zero usually means nothing was published or viewed in the period.
  • Automated visits are not counted; a job's panel shows how many were excluded.
