How do I find my way around the employer portal menu?

The left-hand menu covers the employer portal: Analytics, Jobs, Live sourcing, Candidates, Saved candidates, Interviews, Live recruiters, Screening, Immigration, Background checks, Payroll and Contracts. Messages and notifications are icons in the top bar. Your avatar in the top-right corner opens Company profile, Account settings, Teams & permissions, Activity log, Subscriptions & billing and Help & support.

Steps

  1. Use the left-hand menu to open a section. On a phone, tap the menu button in the top-left.
  2. Select your avatar in the top-right corner for company, account, billing and team pages. Use the chat icon beside it for Messages.
  3. Open Help & support for articles, chat and a support ticket form.

Good to know

  • Sections you cannot see may be switched off for your role in Teams & permissions.
  • Payroll appears in the menu only when payroll is switched on for your account.
