How do I search and organize saved candidates?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Open Saved candidates in the left menu. Use Search candidate to find someone by name, Any tag to filter by a tag, and the Tags and Notes columns to organize the list. Saves are private to your company: other companies cannot see them.

Save someone first

Choose the bookmark on a candidate row in Candidates, the Save button on a profile, or the bookmark on a Live sourcing card. A save made anywhere appears in Saved candidates. See Candidate documents, export and saved candidates.

Search and filter

  • Search candidate filters the list as you type.
  • Any tag lists the tags you have used; choose one or more to filter. With no tags yet the page tells you to add tags to saved candidates to filter by them.
  • Clear filters appears when nothing matches.

Add tags and notes

  1. In the Tags column choose + Tag (or Select tags), pick an existing tag or type a new one and press Enter. A message confirms each tag added or removed.
  2. In the Notes column choose the note cell to open a private note, up to 2,000 characters. Choose Save, or Delete note to clear it.

The note is labeled Private note.

Remove candidates

Choose the filled bookmark on a row, or More actions, then Remove from saved. To remove several, tick their checkboxes and use the bulk remove; you are asked to confirm, and you can undo right after.

What does "Locked profile" mean?

Some saved candidates show Locked profile instead of a name. LiveRec gives a name only when your company is allowed to see it, for example because the candidate applied to you or their profile is unlocked in Live sourcing. A locked profile reveals nothing until that changes. "Profile no longer available" means the candidate has hidden their profile from your company. Contact details such as email and phone are never shown in this list.
