How do I change my name, phone number or time zone?

Open Account settings and choose Edit next to General. There you can change your Full name, your Phone number, and your Time zone. Choose Save when you are done. Your time zone is what your interview calendar uses to show times. Your email is shown but is not changed on this form.

Steps

  1. Open Account settings from your account menu.
  2. Choose Edit next to General.
  3. Change your Full name.
  4. Change your Phone number: pick the country, then type the number. It is saved in international format, for example +12065550142.
  5. Under Time zone, open the list and start typing a city or region to jump to it, then pick your zone.
  6. Choose Save. Choose Cancel to leave without saving.

Good to know

  • Your name is stored on your seat at this company, not on your sign-in, so it is the name your teammates see.
  • The Time zone row on the General tab is read-only. You change it in Edit with the rest.
  • Your password is changed separately, with the Change password link on the General tab.
