Sign out of other devices on LiveRec
LiveRec does not show a list of the devices or sessions signed in to your employer account, so you cannot end them one by one. If you think someone else has access, change your password. That signs you out of every other device. Two-step sign-in is required on employer accounts, which adds a second check at each sign-in.
Steps
- Open Account settings and choose Change password.
- Enter your current password and a new one, then save.
- The confirmation says "Your password has been changed." When other devices were signed out, it also says how many.
- Open the Security tab and check that two-factor authentication is on. If you want fresh recovery codes, choose Generate recovery codes. The old set stops working.
Good to know
- Employer accounts must use two-step sign-in. If you turn it off, you are asked to set it up again at your next sign-in.
- If you suspect misuse, create a support ticket from Help & support and choose Account and sign-in.
