How do I check my affiliate application status and sign the agreement?
After you apply, open Status in the affiliate portal. The page is titled Affiliate status and shows where your account stands. Most of the portal stays locked until your application is approved. Once you are approved, you sign the Affiliate Agreement, and signing is what turns your links on.
Steps
- Apply on the affiliate sign-up page. The form asks for your legal name and country, and confirms you are 18 or older. A display name and phone number are optional, and the phone number is not verified.
- Verify your email. If the message does not arrive, use Resend verification email.
- Open Status to follow your application. While it is pending, the portal says "Your application is being reviewed" and that this turns on once you are approved and have signed the agreement.
- If our team needs more information, a card on Status reads "We need a little more information" and shows the question. Type your answer and press Send my answer. Nothing else is needed from you after that.
- When you are approved, open Sign the agreement (from Status, or from the prompt that appears on other pages). You can read the full agreement first on the Affiliate Agreement page.
- Type your full name, or draw your signature and type your full name under it, then press Sign the agreement. LiveRec records the date and time, your IP address and your device with the signature.
- A confirmation tells you whether your links are on. If you have not finished training, it says to finish training to turn your links on. See Training and the knowledge check.
Signed copies
- On the Affiliate Agreement page, after you sign, Download signed copy gives you a PDF.
- Someone sent you a signed copy? On Status, choose Check a signed copy, pick the PDF and the page says whether LiveRec sealed that exact file. Your browser works out the file's fingerprint and only the fingerprint is sent, never the file. Files over 25 MB are not LiveRec signed copies.
- If the agreement text changes, the portal asks you to read the new version and sign again.
Edge cases
- Training is open while you wait: "You can learn now. Links and payouts open after approval and signing."
- An account that LiveRec has put on hold shows "The account is on hold." A closed account shows "The account is closed." For help, open Help & support, choose Ask Livebot and press Send this to a person.
- The portal does not promise a review time. Applications that pass the automatic checks can be approved automatically; others are reviewed by a person.
- If you are outside the United States, see Who can become an affiliate.
