Where do I get affiliate help and manage my account?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

For affiliate account help, open Help & support and choose Ask Livebot; if four of its answers have not solved it, press Send this to a person in the chat. Your chat is saved. Under Settings you manage General details, Notifications, Payout details, Password and Security. Training has lessons and a Knowledge check.

Steps

  1. Help & support, then Ask Livebot. For figures that look wrong, say which page and date. My requests lists your earlier requests and Missing referral reports a referral you expected.
  2. Settings tabs: General, Notifications, Payout details, Password and Security. Notifications are in-app only for now.
  3. Training lists sections; finish the Knowledge check.

Security: two-factor sign-in and devices

Under Settings, Security, Two-factor authentication is optional for affiliates. Choose Set up two-factor authentication, scan the code with an authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code and choose Turn on. Use Generate recovery codes to make single-use backup codes (new codes replace old ones) and Turn off two-factor authentication to remove it. Changes ask you to confirm it is you with a one-time code first. Further down, Where you are signed in lists your browsers and phones with a This device badge; each row has Sign out, and you can sign out all the others. If you do not recognize a device, sign it out and change your password.

Edge cases

  • The affiliate portal takes no support tickets: Help & support says so. Ask Livebot in the chat; if four of its answers have not solved it, press Send this to a person.
  • If you leave and your data is erased, a complaint you filed is kept without your details.
  • Agreement questions: use "Questions? Chat with us" on the agreement page.
  • To leave the program, open Settings, General and choose Request account closure. Before anything is sent you see your available, on-hold and owed-back amounts. Sending the request asks LiveRec to review it; nothing closes until a person at LiveRec acts, and they contact you about your balance and links. LiveRec keeps the payout and audit records it is required to keep. Commission you have earned and cleared is still paid after you close your account, once the payout steps are complete.
