How do I download or erase my affiliate data?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Both options are in Settings, then General. Download your data gives you a copy of what LiveRec keeps about your affiliate account. Erase my data asks LiveRec to erase it, after two members of our team review the request. Read the steps below, including what is kept by law, before you send anything.

Download your data

  1. Press Ask for my data. You can ask once a day.
  2. We prepare the file in the background and put a note in your bell when it is ready. It is not sent by email.
  3. Download it. The file stays for 24 hours and can be downloaded 2 times.

It covers your profile, links, commissions, payouts, notices, support messages, sign-ins and account activity. Bank details, full card numbers, IP addresses, private staff notes and the names or emails of people you referred are never in it.

Erase my data

  1. Settle your money first: a request cannot be taken while you owe LiveRec money or a payout is on its way. Erasing does not pay out a balance, so request your payout first.
  2. Choose Request data erasure, review what is erased, kept anonymous and kept as it is, type ERASE to confirm and send.
  3. One team member reviews it and a different one approves it. Only then is anything erased. You can Withdraw erasure request until the second approval.

What happens

  • Erased: sign-in details and sessions, notices and messages, support conversations, saved payout bank details and your request.
  • Kept without your name or email: your account and affiliate record.
  • Kept as it is: records of money, payouts, tax forms, consent and the action log, because LiveRec keeps the money, tax and audit records it is required to keep.
  • Some items are not covered by the automatic erase; ask through Help & support to find out what is left.
