How LiveRec works for job seekers
Here is how LiveRec works for job seekers. You create an account, build a profile, search roles, apply and interview by video in the browser. Browsing and uploading a resume are free; applying needs an active paid plan. The visa sponsorship filter shows jobs whose employer marked sponsorship as available.
What are the steps?
- Create an account and complete your profile. Add skills, experience, preferences, and your visa and work authorisation.
- Search. Filter by location, type and visa sponsorship. Set job alerts.
- Apply. Open the job, check your resume, answer screening questions, submit.
- Interview. Interviews run in your browser with a camera and microphone check in the lobby. Recording and summaries happen only if everyone consents; declining stops the recording, not the interview. Recordings are deleted after 90 days by default; employers can choose longer retention.
- Offers. Review and sign an offer electronically; you can download the signed PDF.
What does it cost?
Browsing is free. Applying needs a paid job seeker plan, renewing until you cancel. Plans differ in how many applications you can send, and higher plans add tools such as AI resume tools and a visa process guide. Plan details are shown on the plan screen after you create an account.
How do I get verified?
Identity verification (photo ID and a selfie) and self-verification (work history questionnaire) each add a mark to your profile. Employers see that a check passed, not your ID images. See how verification works.
