How do credits and Live sourcing work for recruiters?
Open Live sourcing to find candidates. Choose Unlock profile and confirm with Use 1 credit; the unlocked profile is not charged again. After unlocking you can invite the person to apply. The monthly Live Recruiter plan includes 50 credits each month. Credits are held per client, so each client has its own balance.
Steps
- Live sourcing: search, then open a candidate.
- Choose Unlock profile, then Use 1 credit. Unlocking the same candidate again does not cost a second credit.
- Keep people in Saved candidates; use Talent pool for people your agency imported from outside LiveRec (only your agency can see them); search it by typing or use the Find by tag chips.
- Need more? Account menu, Subscriptions & billing, Sourcing credits tab. The Sourcing credits by client table has a Buy credits button on each client's row.
Edge cases
- Included credits are 50 per month on the monthly plan; the annual plan grants twelve months of credits up front (600).
- What candidates see when you unlock them: Browsing and previewing profiles in Live sourcing is private; candidates are told when an employer invites them to apply. Live sourcing never shows a candidate's current employer status, visa details or pay expectations before they choose to share them. Candidates who are not open to work are never shown.
