How do the Talent pool and Saved candidates work?
The Talent pool holds people your agency imported from outside LiveRec. Only your agency can see them, and LiveRec does not contact them or invite them to join. Saved candidates holds LiveRec profiles you saved, for example from Live sourcing. Both are in the left-hand menu.
How do I import a CSV?
- Open Talent pool and choose Import candidates.
- Choose Download template and fill one candidate per row. First name, last name and email are required. Phone, title, location, skills and years of experience are optional. Separate several skills with commas. The example row in the template is skipped.
- Choose Choose CSV file. The page shows the size and row limits.
- Review the preview. Each row is Ready, Needs fixing or Already in your pool.
- Use Fix this row or Leave it out for problem rows. For a person already in your pool choose Skip or Merge: update with this file.
- Choose Import with the number shown (for example "Import 12 candidates"). You see an "Import complete" summary.
The summary is not emailed, so keep the page open if you need it.
What does the AI tidy-up do?
AI can suggest cleaner titles, skills and locations. Nothing changes until you import, and you can choose Accept all, Keep all originals or decide field by field. On a person already in your pool, Tidy with AI does the same.
How do I find and remove people?
Search by name, email, title or tag, or use the Find by tag chips. To remove a person, use the remove control on their card. It asks "Remove [name] from your pool? Their details are deleted." and you confirm with Remove.
What is in Saved candidates?
Saved profiles, with a Private note that only your team sees (the candidate never does), tags to filter by, and Remove from saved. Saves are kept per client company, so the list combines the clients you hold. You can submit people from Saved candidates to a client job.
