How do recruiters set interview availability and use the Interviews area?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Open Interviews in the recruiter portal's left-hand menu. It is your agency's interview calendar, with Schedule interview and buttons for Interview questions, Availability and Recordings. Availability, the question bank and the AI interviewer each need a permission on your seat; ask your agency owner if one will not open. Scheduling and confirming times are covered in Applicants, interviews and messages.

How do I set my availability?

  1. In Interviews, choose Availability. The page is called Interview availability and is your own, as a team member.
  2. Under Set your regular availability, add the hours you are free each weekday, up to four windows a day.
  3. For a different date, use Availability exceptions: choose Unavailable all day or Available only at these times, then Save exception.
  4. Set Future scheduling availability and Advance notice requirement, then choose Save availability.

Times follow the time zone in your Account settings. Your seat needs permission to manage interview availability.

Where is the question bank?

Interviews, then Interview questions. The bank belongs to your agency. A question can be linked only to jobs your agency holds. Interview questions are for your team and are never shown to the candidate.

How do I set up an AI interviewer for a client?

Open Interviews, then AI interviewer. An agency has no company of its own to configure, so the page starts by asking which client. Pick the client, then edit the settings that client's interviews use. If you have no clients the page says to add one first. Your seat needs the AI interviewer permission.

Why can't I see a recording, summary or transcript?

For agencies, the AI summary, transcript and some recording features are switched off. On an interview's review page you may see "Recordings are not part of agency interviews yet. The interview itself, its scorecards and its notes are unchanged." The Recordings library lists recordings across your clients where they are available.
