How do I edit my agency profile and appear in the employer directory?
Open the account menu and choose Agency profile. It has four tabs: About, Overview, Assets and Public profile. A team manager can edit; everyone else can read it. Employers searching for a recruiter can find you only if you switch on the employer directory.
What can I edit?
- About: agency name, website, tag line, who you hire for, founding year, agency size and type, and a description.
- Specialties: pick up to 20 from the LiveRec list. Employers searching for a recruiter see these.
- Assets: a square logo and a cover photo. Use PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB.
If you cannot edit, the page says "You can read this profile. Only a team manager can change it."
How do I appear in the employer directory?
- Open Agency profile, then the Public profile tab.
- Under Show your agency to employers, switch on Show me in the employer directory. Only an owner or admin can change it.
- You see "You are listed in the employer directory." To leave, switch it off.
You are listed only while your plan is active. If it lapses, the page says employers can find you only while your plan is active.
What do employers see?
Your name and profile, and LiveRec's own counts of your work: how many companies you have worked with, and how many candidates you submitted, got to interview and placed in the last 12 months. There is no way to hide one of these counts while you are listed. You cannot type a number into your profile, and there are no stars or reviews.
The same tab shows a preview under What employers see with a short list under To improve this page (add a logo, cover photo, tag line, description or specialties). The preview says it is not published yet.
What is the Verified mark?
Employers sort verified recruiters first. A LiveRec admin verifies your business. Ask with Request verification at the top of the page. See how agency review works. A one-person agency reads "Identity not verified" until that check is done.
