How does LiveRec differ from a job board?

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

LiveRec differs from a job board in two ways. The visa sponsorship filter shows jobs whose employer marked sponsorship as available. It works as a search filter (Visa sponsorship). Interviews are scheduled in LiveRec with both sides confirming the time, and can run as video interviews inside LiveRec. We never guess: sponsorship shows only what the employer marked.

Where do interviews happen?

You can hold video interviews inside LiveRec ("LiveRec video") or with a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or other link. Professional plan members can also use mock interviews, a self-practice mode with practice sets, a timer and a self-review checklist; an optional recording of yourself stays in your browser and is never uploaded. If a role does not say whether it sponsors, we do not invent an answer.

Edge cases

  • Sponsorship is a search filter. It reflects what the employer marked; LiveRec does not guarantee sponsorship.
  • The immigration guides explain US work routes (H-1B, O-1, EB-2/NIW, EB-3, L-1, TN, OPT, EB-1) and link to USCIS and Department of Labor sources. They are information, not legal advice. Use a qualified immigration attorney for your case.
