AI interviewer and AI interview notes

The AI interviewer is an add-on that runs an AI-led first-round interview using the persona, questions and scoring you set. It always says it is an AI. Afterwards you get notes for review: a summary, transcript and a draft scorecard. A person on your team makes every hiring decision.

Steps

  1. Open Interviews, then AI interviewer, to set the Persona, Questions, Follow-ups, Boundaries and Scoring. Use the Test it tab to try it. Only an owner or admin can change these settings.
  2. Choose Schedule interview. Under Add to this interview, switch on AI interviewer and choose whether your team watches or it Runs alone. Running alone needs Record & transcribe.
  3. Buy the add-on from Billing, then Add-ons if you do not have credits yet.
  4. After the call, open the interview's review page and read the Summary and Transcript.

Good to know

  • When AI notes are ready we email you a link. The notes and the scorecard are a draft for you to check.
  • If the AI interviewer could not run an AI-led interview, you receive a "Reschedule needed" email. Open the interview to reschedule it with an interviewer, or as AI-led again.
  • AI notes are also available for interviews your team runs on LiveRec video.
