Claim a company page that is already on LiveRec

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

LiveRec can build a company page from public job listings. To manage it, claim it. Use the claim link LiveRec sent you, or choose Claim now when sign-up tells you "This company already exists". On the Claim company page upload one official business document and choose Submit. LiveRec reviews the claim before you get control.

Steps

  1. Start from your invitation link (the button reads Create your account to claim), or, while setting up your company in sign-up, choose Claim now next to "This company already exists".
  2. Sign in or create your account if asked.
  3. On Claim company, under Supporting documents, upload one official document that shows your business is registered. Choose Which document do I need? to see what is accepted for an LLC, corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship, or an IRS EIN confirmation letter.
  4. Choose Submit. You see "Your claim is open. We'll review it."

Good to know

  • Claim links expire. If yours has, the page says so and links to Contact LiveRec to request a new one.
  • If the page was already claimed, the page says so; contact LiveRec if that was not you.
  • If someone at the company has already been invited by name and has not answered, a second claim cannot be opened until that one is resolved.
  • Until it is claimed you cannot edit the page.
