How do I claim a missing affiliate referral?

If someone you referred did not show up as your affiliate referral, open Help & support, then Missing referral, and send a request. Our team looks into it and answers on the same page, where every request you send stays listed with its status, so you can always see where it stands.

Steps

  1. Under Send a request, fill in Who is missing? with a name or an email address, whatever you have (up to 200 characters).
  2. Optionally add the approximate day they signed up and a note about where you shared your link or how they told you they signed up (up to 500 characters).
  3. Press send. The request appears in your list as "Waiting for our team".

Answers

  • Credited: we found it and credited it.
  • Not eligible: it is not eligible under the program rules.
  • We need more information: send a new request with more detail.
  • A request can also end with "We could not find it in our records."

Limits and edge cases

  • You can have 3 requests waiting at a time and send 5 in 30 days. Each request is answered once.
  • The date cannot be in the future or more than 730 days ago.
  • Only an active affiliate account can send a request. If the page says requests are not open right now, nothing is lost; use Ask Livebot in Help & support.
  • Credit goes to the first link the person clicked within 90 days; a request cannot override that rule.
