We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our Fund & Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways
- Establishing and maintaining Scrum practices, while facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization
- Removing impediments, ensuring Scrum events take place, and keeping events positive, productive, and within timeboxes
- Helping Teams focus on creating high-value increments, meeting the Definition of Done, and achieving daily and iteration goals
- Coaching Teams in self-management and cross-functionality, while guiding continuous improvement and high-quality delivery
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous technical experience is preferred
- Experience in Scrum Master role for software development team for large initiatives
- Knowledge of various Agile approaches including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and Spotify
- Knowledge and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate ambiguous topics into actionable plans
- Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Preferred Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, and SAFe SSM.
