Supervisor I Production - 2nd Shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

• Model TE behavior-based safety practices to promote a safe culture and compliance to worksite policies Supervise the manufacture of products to quality standards, ensuring compliance to specifications, internal procedures, and regulatory standards

• Meet product cost goals, identify cost saving opportunities, and implement those opportunities
• Complete leader standard work to ensure processes are working to standard or to escalate appropriately

• Working experience in a regulated environment
• Working experience in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience using lean tools and systems

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent

1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations; supervisory experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to achieve team results that are aligned with business objectives

Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations

Demonstrated experience using computer-based systems in a networked environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; PLM and SAP ERP system experience is a plus

COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $30.00 to $31.93/ Hour + a 10% Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
