As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Emergency Response in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
