As a Security Officer Access Compliance in Sioux City, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and documenting security-related activity. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and support a culture built on teamwork and integrity. • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, screening authorized visitors and contractors, issuing credentials as applicable, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
