Industrial Electrician - $5000 sign-on bonus

As an Industrial Electrician, you'll support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical and automation systems throughout the mill.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on electrical equipment and distribution systems
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment up to 4160V
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, and automation systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, AC/DC controls, VFDs, and VSDs
• Experience troubleshooting electrical distribution, automation, and control systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Knowledge of instrumentation and process control equipment
• Experience with SAP, Siemens PCS-7, or Profibus is an asset
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and call-ins
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Hourly wage of $30.00/hr to $44.57/hr (based on skills, experience and education) + $5000 sign-on bonus
• Top rate goes up to $47.55
• Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
• Schedule 12-hour swing shift schedule
• Profit sharing paid 3 times per year
• $1/hr Shift Premium (nights & weekends)
