• 3 to 5 years of experience in Coupa support, procurement systems support, or finance systems support

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned -Finance Transformation Analyst – Coupa SupportResponsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Coupa

• Resolve approval workflow breakdowns, invoice and PO mismatches, integration failures, user access/configuration issues, and data integrity issues

• Support backlog management and issue resolution across procurement processes

• Perform end-to-end procurement testing for system changes and enhancements

• Support SOX/compliance audits and control-related activities

• Assist with Oracle–Coupa financial reconciliation and interface monitoring

• Coordinate with procurement, finance, IT, and technical teams for incident resolution

• Support enhancements, testing, and change requests

• Maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles
