Data Scientist II

• Develop predictive models, forecasting tools, and machine learning solutions supporting logistics and readiness analytics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
• Create analytical products supporting supply chain optimization and performance management.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.
• Support model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and engineers to operationalize analytical solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Databricks or Palantir Foundry.
• Experience supporting predictive maintenance, readiness analytics, or logistics modernization efforts.
• Experience with optimization modeling and simulation techniques.
• Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik experience.
• DoD or Navy support experience.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, and machine learning methodologies.
• Experience developing analytical dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to develop and communicate data-driven insights.
