What is the GSP AI Factory Team and why join? The AI Factory Team sits at the center of one of WWT’s fastest-growing businesses: helping AI Native companies, Neoclouds, GPU Cloud providers, and data center builders design, source, and scale the infrastructure behind the AI boom. As a Client Manager, you’ll own and grow strategic relationships with these customers, turning initial engagements into multi-phase AI Factory programs. Backed by WWT’s solution architects and engineers, you’ll understand each customer’s build-out plans, identify gaps across their compute, networking, storage, and power and cooling environments, and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning supply chain, integration, and services. With our Advanced Technology Center and AI Proving Ground () at your fingertips for briefings, workshops, demos, and POCs, you’ll help customers validate and deploy AI infrastructure faster.
What will you be doing? WWT is looking for a quota-carrying Client Manager to lead sales efforts across a portfolio of AI Native, Neocloud, GPU Cloud, and AI Factory data center builder accounts. You will manage large, complex opportunities, from GPU cluster builds to full data center deployments, positioning WWT’s hardware, integration, and services portfolio in support of AI Factory builds. Day to day, you’ll build relationships across your territory, lead customer meetings and executive presentations, and bring customer requirements to WWT technical teams for scoping and design.
This role works closely with WWT’s Global Service Provider (GSP) sales leadership, Business Development Representatives, solution architects, and partner teams, including NVIDIA and other AI ecosystem OEMs, to develop account strategy, pursue opportunities, and close business. This position requires the ability to travel up to 25+%.
