Certified Mathematics TeacherWil Lou Gray Opportunity School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Certified Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. • Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with South Carolina academic standards.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet students' varied academic needs and learning styles.
• Assess student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation.
• Establish and maintain clear classroom expectations and routines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, counselors, and other student-support personnel.
• Provide additional academic support and intervention when needed.
• Incorporate technology and appropriate instructional resources into mathematics instruction.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Support the school's mission, policies, procedures, and student-development goals.
• Serve as a positive role model and contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

• Previous secondary mathematics teaching experience.
• Experience working with students who benefit from additional academic or behavioral support.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction, intervention strategies, and data-driven instruction.
• Experience integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
