• Provide students with an engaging and supportive environment where they can develop a greater interest in reading, improve reading comprehension, build vocabulary, and strengthen communication skills.
• Lead the students in group discussions.
• Create reading activities.
• Encourage positive peer interaction, confidence and enjoyment of reading.

The Book Club Instructor will support student achievement by designing and implementing lessons that enhance student achievement through:

• Promoting positive attitudes towards reading.
• Help establish reading routines.
• Build confidence in discussing books.
• Increase interest in reading.
• Increase engagement in reading.
• Improvement with comprehension.
• Developing communication skills
