POSITION 27A63 TITLE: Academic Coach Advisor

LOCATION:John Marshall

1. Act as an academic team advisor organizing fund raising, activities, etc.
2. Assist students in preparation for participation in academic competitions such as West Virginia Challenge, Math Day, Spelling Bee, Jets Competition, Academic Bowl, and any other programs approved by the principal and county coordinator.
3. Other duties as assigned by the principal.

• QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred certified professional educator employed by the Marshall County Board of Education at John Marshall.
• TO WHOM RESPONSIBLE:Principal of School
• EMPLOYMENT TERM: 2026-2027 School year
• SALARY:Salary based on experience and education level per MCS BOE salary schedule located at . Pro-rated.
• BID PERIOD:October 29 – November 5, 2026, 4 pm. If necessary, interviews will be arranged after bid period closes.
